My brand is everything. Image is important. It builds recognition, trust and loyalty.
This is pure animal instinct. If the dogs in the park are all running I’m going to want to run too. So let your audience know how popular you are.
People trust referrals. I didn’t used to like my kibbles mix, but I must say since Oreo’s been eating mine it seems far more appealing.
This I believe comes from the psychology of the ‘schedule of variable reward’. If I got dried antler to chew every day, I’d get bored. But once every Christmas it’s a real treat.
