Graphic Design
If you require our graphic design services, even at short notice, a member of the account team can call on you to discuss the project. You can also book time with our design team to art direct your project on site.
Pre-press
Our reprographics department has experienced operators and is able to offer a hi-resolution scanning and plate making service, in addition to film and inkjet colour proof output.
We work with artwork in any format and have extensive pre-press facilities to ensure maximum flexibility.
We were the first printer in the country to install Agfa's Azura chemical-free plate making. This eliminated the use of, and need to dispose of, chemical waste.
Sublima - Agfa's advanced screening option. Its cross-modulated (XM) screening technology is designed to dramatically improve print quality with no extra effort on press. Sublima enables the press to hold a 1-99% dot at 200dpi, so it captures the finest details - from the delicate highlights through to the colour rich shadows.
Crown use vegetable-oil based printing inks as standard.
Our press operators have years of experience in lithographic printing and ink usage so there-s not much they don’t know about the printing process. They ensure our print quality standards are kept time after time.
Finishing
Like so much in life, it's the final details that can make all the difference.
Scoring, folding, laminating, embossing and cutouts; use our expertise and excellent range of finishing equipment to create perfect results.
